FASTENING DEVICE FOR EASY AND SECURE INSTALLATION OFCOMPONENTS, PREFERABLY ON A VEHICLE TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fastening device preferablyfor enabling installation/fixation of parts/components in oron a vehicle, and especially in relation to a heavy/commercial vehicle, such as a truck. The invention is particularly intended for mounting of accessories, parts/components, on an outwardly facing flange on the vehicle cab, in such a manner that the accessories, parts/components, can be simply mountedwith very low manual force with one hand and in such a waythat it will stay in place during fixation/fastening by one or more locking elements, a screw. The present application e.g.also refers to a vehicle provided with a fastening device according to the invention. BACKGROUND ART In production of vehicles, such as a truck, there is normallya need for installation of many different accessory parts/-components inside or outside the vehicle. This means thatmounting holes must be prepared in the cabs panels, or otherkind of fixation must be provided, which in turn increases thenecessary number of variants of vehicle bodies/panels. Ifholes must be made this also increases the risk for leakage ofwater into or through the body panel resulting in increased risk of corrosion over time. Many cab/body designs on the market are today provided with one or more outwardly facing flanges, on the cabs outside, its rear wall. These flanges are part of the structure/- e.g. construction and are used for welding body panels together and at the same time add structural strength to the cabs panels. It is desirable to be able to mount accessory parts/componentsto the vehicle without making extra holes in the panels and ifthe mounting can be done in a simple and fast manner the production costs of the vehicle with its accessories, and the risk for corrosion, could be minimized. It is also desirablethat parts/accessories can be mounted after that the vehicleis produced without making holes avoiding damages while drilling and corrosion and leakage. To make a part/component effective to install in a safe waythere are a number of requirements to achieve like limits onscrew torques and manual pushing forces during installation. Auser-friendly technical solution has to fulfil the demands forsecure mounting, for durability when mounted, requiring lowmanual forces and thereby provide a proper “third handsolution”. Such a solution means that the part/componentshould be easy to hook in place and stay in place through theassembly process until the last fixing/locking step is This final fixation, completed. e.g. made by means of a screw, must not require a specific torque. Many attempts have earlier been made to provide a simplesolution that facilitates an easy and safe installation ofparts/components e.g. in/on a vehicle.US5769526 illustrates an example of a mounting device forinstallation of a utility light/lamp that may be clamped tolike a truck. the framework of a vehicle, The mounting device can alternatively, according to the patent document, beconstituted by a magnetic support. The first solutionillustrates a simple clamping mechanism that need e.g. a tubular element for fixation and is not intended for a thin flange. The illustrated solution may not either be finally securely and firmly attached to the flange/vehicle in adurable way. When in place the device is fixed only by aspring biased clamping element which keeps the device inposition and locks the device to the vehicle. This device mayeasily come loose or displaced due to vibrations or by its ownweight. This device does therefore not at all provide a safe mounting. WO98/04867 illustrates another example of a fasteningdevice/system for mounting components. The fastening systemcomprises here of a detachable device, mounted to a tubularfixed support. The device could be mounted around the supportby a screw. This solution illustrates a simple clampingmechanism that is not intended for a thin flange. Forfastening this device the operator has to install it aroundthe support. The solution is not possible to use on a flatsurface having a flange and does not provide a “third handsolution”. A further solution is illustrated in US1074272. This solutiondescribes a clamping system for supporting e.g. lanterns orlamps on vehicles. The clamping system is provided with twoat least The spaced apart and opposed oriented hooking elements, one of which is movable relative to the other by a screw.clamping device is intended to be inserted around a support and thereafter screwed together in order to be locked/fixed.The design has the drawback that it is not intended for thin flanges and will not give a secure fixation. A number of similar fastening devices exist in the market butnone of these prior known devices illustrates a fasteningdevice that automatically will allow hooking the fasteningdevice in a simple manner in an intended position andthereafter be securely fixed in this position and at the sametime has a simple and functional design, comprising few components. The fastening device according to the present invention can beused for installation of accessory parts/components in or one.g. a vehicle by simply hooking it in place on an outwardlyfacing flange arranged on the vehicle. No prior known fastening device illustrates a similar technology. SUMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the abovementioned problems and to provide a simple fastening devicefor installation of accessory parts/components on e.g. avehicle, and that easy and securely will fix the accessory part/component in its intended position. A further object of the invention is that the fastening deviceshould have a simple design, thereby being cheap to manufac- ture/assemble and install. Another object of the invention is that the fastening deviceshould be able to be used/operated with one hand, by using a so called “third hand solution”. A further object of the invention is that the fastening deviceshould be possible to lock securely in place, e.g. by a screw.A further object of the invention is that it comprises a hooking element and a locking element, and that these elementsare finally tightened together when fixed to a flange, e.g. by ö. SCIGW. A further object of the invention is that the fastening devicemust be mechanically strong and durable in its use positionand thereby secured from unintentionally coming loose or displaced. 5 A further object of the invention is that the fastening device and its locking mechanism should take up minimal space. A further object of the invention is that the fastening deviceshould be easy detachable, when so desired, by manual force. These and further objects and advantages is achieved by theinvention by designing it in accordance to the featuresrecited in claim l. The invention thus refers to a fastening device, preferablyintended for mounting of accessory parts/components in or on avehicle. The accessory part/component could be a light weightor heavy component, and will still be firmly fastened to thecab in a vibration free manner. The fastening device could forexample be used for installation of lights/lamps, ladders, side air deflectors etc. The inventive solution provides aneasy usable and functional “third hand solution” and isintended to use one or more of the existing outwardly facingflanges of the cab panel structure in a vehicle, like a truck. The proposed solution enables a simple and self lockingfixation of parts/components to existing outwardly facing flanges that are common on vehicle cab structures. The first mounting step is to manually hook the fastening device with its attached accessory part/component, onto the intended location/flange on the cab and with very low manual application force. The fastening device, preferably made by metal, such as e.g. steel, will stay in place on the flange by means of a hooking element that automatically, due to itsdesign, clamps the fastening device onto the flange and willkeep it in place. The second step is to durably secure thefastening device onto the flange by tightening a locking element by e.g. a screw. The design of the fastening device fulfils demands for assembly assurance, durability when mounted, low manualassembly forces and provide a proper “third hand solution”during the installation. Important is that the fasteningdevice and its attached part/component will stay in place onthe flange throughout the whole assembly process, until allnecessary steps are completed, and the locking element hasbeen activated/tightened. During the fixation operation thefastening device is kept in place onto the flange by the locking element. The fastening device can be used for mounting of manydifferent parts/components, such as for mounting of lights/-lamps in a vibration free manner on the rear outer wall of the cab. The elements of the fastening device is preferably manufac- tured by metal, like steel or aluminum, but may also be manufactured of other materials, like plastic or even rubber. The locking element is initially, when not in place, locatedin an outward position in the fastening device resulting in arelatively wide opening for a flange. By inserting thefastening device in place on the flange the locking elementwill be pressed, by the cab panel plate, inwards into thefastening device and hooks thereby onto the flange and willlock the device in its final position by a number of grooves. The fastening device may later on be detached by loosening thelocking element manually so the device may be released fromthe flange and the component could be detached from the flange. The main advantages of the solution according to the inventionare that the fastening device is fast and easy to operate/-handle and is automatically initially locked in its position, even if it is not finally fixed. The device contains few components which make it cost effective to manufacture and assemble. By using few components and by using lightweight materials as far as possible, the fastening elements weight will be relatively low. Due to the design the fastening device and its locking elementtakes up a relatively small space and the design will permitfastening a large variety of parts/components to flangeswithout needing to make new holes in the cab body structure. The locking element can be said encircles the hooking elementon two sides and may easily be manually pulled on and off theflange, in its unfixed position. The design is self-locking when placed on a horizontal, OI än angled flange, until the screw is tightened. Surfaces of thefastening device could be coated by a rubber layer in order tocreate a higher friction. The solution transfers the torquefrom the tightening screw to the flange on the cab or cab body, installation. minimizing the effort/force from the operator making the The design of the fastening device also results in the need ofa very low manual force and a “third hand solution”. Therewill be no need for making holes through the body panels andall mounting forces are significantly reduced with this solution/design. The design also handles the reaction torque from screw tightening. The device is especially useful for installation of large andheavy parts/components which makes them difficult to install as they normally have to be lifted, positioned and kept in thecorrect position at the same time as they have to be screwed to the framework of the cab. At the same time it is importantthat the fastening device is simple in its design, possible tohook manually in its intended position, containing only a few components that result in a simple inexpensive installation. Further features and advantages of the invention will beapparent from the following, more detailed description of the invention and the accompanying drawings as well as the claims. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention is described below in some preferred embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 illustrates an exterior perspective view of a cab having an accessory, here a light/lamp, mounted on a flange near the upper left corner on the rear wall of the cab.Figure 2 illustrates in more detail, and in a perspective sideview, the installed lamp and its fastening device installed onto a flange located on the rear wall of the cab. Figure 3a illustrates a side view of the fastening device andits parts, here the locking element is in an open position.Figure 3b illustrates the same side view as figure 3a but here with the locking element tightened by a screw. Figure 4a illustrates an enlargement of the grooves arranged in the hooking element. Figure 4b illustrates the hooking element with the grooves located on its lower part. Figure 5a and b illustrates different views of the locking element, here separated from the hooking element, and its edgethat cooperates with the grooves in the hooking element and comprising a substantially U-shaped lower part/profile. DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The invention refers to an easy installable and detachablefastening device, preferably for mounting of an accessory part/component onto a commercial vehicle cab, having outwardlyextending flanged, in such a manner that the device will stay in place during the final fixation/tightening. Figure 1 illustrates an exterior perspective view of a cab l having an accessory 2, here a light/lamp, mounted on a flange3 near the upper left corner on the rear wall 4 of the cab.is intended as a The illustrated accessory, the light/lamp 2, work light when e.g. the driver has to connect cables betweenthe truck and its trailer in the dark.Figure 2 illustrates in more detail, and in a perspective sideview, the installed light/lamp 2 and its fastening device 5installed onto the flange 3 located on the rear wall 4 of thecab. The fastening device 5 comprises two main parts, ahooking element 6 and a locking element 7 kept together by ascrew 8. The locking part 7 is pressed/slided into the hookingelement 6 when installed against the flange 3, therebyautomatically clamping the fastening device 5 in place withoutany tool, just by hand force. The final installing step istightening the screw 8 resulting in a secure and vibrationfree fixation of the fastening device 5. of the Figure 3a illustrates a side view, partly sectioned, fastening device 5 and its parts. In this figure the lockingelement 7 is illustrated in a loose and open position. Thescrew 8 is not tightened and the hooking and locking elements6,7 allow the fastening device 5 to be easy located on aflange 3 by hand force. The locking element 7 is arranged withat least one abutment part 9 intended to abut the panel lO behind/below the flange 3. When inserted to/against the flange 3 the looking element 7 will therefore be pressed, by thepanel 10 below/behind the flange 3, so it will slide into thehooking element 6 at the same time as it will move upwards bythe lower angled tongue 11 until the looking element 7 ispressed against the flanges 3 lower side/surfaoe 12. Grooves13 arranged on the upper surface of the angled tongue 11 andan edge 14 arranged in the looking element 7 will oooperate toautomatioally olamp/look the fastening devioe 5 when installedin plaoe on the flange 3 (see figure 3b). The looking element7 is also arranged with a transverse hole 15 in whioh a shaft16 is looated oooperating with the sorew 8 to allow the sorew8 to partly rotate in relation to the looking element 7. Theabutment part 9 and/or the oounterpart 17 may be ooated by a rubber layer L. Figure 3b illustrates the same side view as figure 3a but herewith the looking element 7 tightened by the sorew 8. Thehooking element 6 is provided with a oounterpart 17 forabutment against the upper side of the flange 3 and the sorew8 is looated in an elongated hole 18 in the hooking element 6and in an elongated hole 19 (see figure 5a) in the lookingelement 7 in order to allow the fastening devioe 5 to adapt todifferent thioknesses of flanges 3 and for making it possibleto aohieve and release the grip with the grooves 13 when the fastening devioe 5 is mounted or dismounted. Figure 4a illustrates an enlargement of the grooves 13arranged in the hooking element 6. Eaoh groove 13 is here, inits seotioned view, gently rounded in order to faoilitate themovement/sliding of the looking element 7 (see figure 3a,b)into the hooking element 6 without oreating too high friotion. The grooves 13 oould of oourse be designed in a number ofdifferent ways and the grooves 13 oould also be arranged inthe looking element 7. The grooves 13 oould be triangular inshape or square formed as well, depending on the desired ease of mounting or dismounting of the fastening devioe 5. 11 Figure 4b illustrates the hooking element 6 with the grooves 13 located on its lower part, the angled tongue 11. The angledtongue 11 is arranged with an angle d in relation to the uppercounterpart 17, for abutment to the flange 3, in order toautomatically move the locking element 7 in the direction against the upper counterpart 17 when installed onto a flange3. In this way a clamping position/function is achieved thatwill be maintained by means of the grooves 13 and the edge 14(see figure 5b) when the manual force is released.Figure 5a and b illustrates different views of the locking element 7, separated from the hooking element 6, and its edge14 that cooperates with the grooves 13 in the hooking element6 (se figure 3b) and comprising a substantially U-shaped lowerpart/profile 20 intended to surround the angled tongue 11 (see figure 3b) of the hooking element 6. Figure 5a is a plan viewof the locking element 7 and figure 5b is a perspective viewof the locking element 7. The edge 14 is arranged below thescrew hole 19 and is directed downwards in order to cooperatewith the grooves 13 arranged in the hooking elements 6 angledtongue 11 (see figure 3b). The above description is primarily intended to facilitate theunderstanding of the invention. However the invention is ofcourse not in any way restricted to only the disclosedembodiments, but many possibilities to modifications would beapparent to a person skilled in the art within the scope ofthe invention without departing from the basic idea of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
